PARISHSTAQ (PUSHPAY) REGISTRATION

Transition from ParishSoft to ParishStaq (PushPay):

ParishStaq has replaced our previous platform, ParishSOFT, as our new digital hub for parish information, records, updates, and financial donations. It is a dynamic management system for the Catholic Church that will also integrate with our new payment and donation       software.

It is important to define a registered parishioner and a registered donor to determine under which category you need to submit your information.

Participant: Makes you part of the parish information system—ParishStaq (PushPay).

Registered: Makes you part of the parish information system, is also an active donor, and has been assigned a Giving ID (envelope number) and/or makes online donations through ParishStaq (PushPay).

Why become a registered parishioner?

Registration is more than just a formal process; it means you belong to a specific faith community. Being a registered member is usually required to

  • Receive annual donation statements (tax letters).

  • Receive communications from the Church (events, schedules, special Masses, retreats, etc.).

  • Letters regarding immigration matters.

  • Certificate of parish membership for sacramental purposes.

  • Discounts for celebrations. If the parishioner has been registered for more than a year and is an active donor, they will be eligible for a discount on weddings and quince años (subject to verification).

  • Access to financial information (donations) online (website).

  • Make a one-time donation or contribute to a special fund or collection.

  • Access to personal and sacramental information for you and your family only.

  • Access to the registration form for Faith Formation.

How do I sign up?

Signing up is quick and easy! Our process is entirely online via the registration form below.

Please keep the following in mind before signing up:

  • Have a working email address.

  • You can add additional family members as “registrants” to your family profile (please note that “family members” refers only to a        husband, wife, and children).

What is a Giving ID? It is your identification number as a registered.

Giving ID: If you choose to become a registered parishioner-donor, please note that your Giving ID will not be generated automatically. Once your   registration has been processed by the parish, you will receive an email notification with your assigned number.

If you wish to use envelopes to make donations to our parish, the form will allow you to select that option. The envelopes will be sent to the address you provided within two months of the date your Giving ID is confirmed.

Important reminder: Religious education. If you plan to enroll your children in religious education, you must first complete your parish       registration.

Once you have reviewed the information above, scan the QR code below to begin registering in our new ParishStaq system.
