Observaciones sobre la programación musical

• La programación musical está sujeta a cambios sin previo aviso por causas de fuerza mayor.

• Los horarios publicados son aproximados y pueden ajustarse para el buen desarrollo del evento.

• Se recomienda llegar con anticipación para disfrutar de las presentaciones.

Lineamientos básicos

• La kermés es un evento familiar y parroquial; se solicita mantener una actitud de respeto hacia los asistentes, voluntarios y artista.

• La música y el contenido de las presentaciones serán acordes con los valores y el ambiente de la comunidad parroquial.

• Se agradece seguir las indicaciones del staff de la parroquia.

• Por motivos de seguridad, los padres, madres o tutores son los únicos responsables de la supervisión y cuidado de las niñas, niños y adolescentes que asistan al evento. La Parroquia y los organizadores no asumirán responsabilidad por incidentes derivados de la falta de supervisión por parte de sus acompañantes.

• Está prohibido ingresar objetos peligrosos o realizar conductas que pongan en riesgo la seguridad de los asistentes. Incluido pero no limitado a cualquier tipo de armas, fuegos artificiales, etc.

• En caso de emergencia, sigue las indicaciones del staff parroquial.

Uso de imagen

• Durante el evento podrán tomarse fotografías y videos con fines de difusión de las actividades de la parroquia. Si tienes alguna inquietud respecto al uso de tu imagen, acércate al comité organizador.

Clima y logística

• El evento se llevará a cabo aun con cambios leves en las condiciones climáticas. En caso de suspensión o modificaciones importantes, se informará a través de los canales oficiales de la parroquia.

Aviso: El estacionamiento ubicado junto al evento “People Choice” es de uso privado y no forma parte de nuestra kermés. Agradecemos su comprensión y le invitamos a utilizar los estacionamientos autorizados a fin de evitar posibles sanciones.

Basic Guidelines

• The Kermés is a family and parish event; we ask that you treat attendees, volunteers, and performers with respect.

• The music and content of the performances will be consistent with the values and atmosphere of the parish community.

• We appreciate your cooperation in following the instructions of the parish staff.

• For safety reasons, parents or guardians are solely responsible for the supervision and care of children and teenagers attending the event. The parish and the organizers will not assume responsibility for incidents resulting from a lack of supervision by accompanying adults.

• It is prohibited to bring dangerous objects or engage in behavior that jeopardizes the safety of attendees. This includes, but is not limited to, any type of weapons, fireworks, etc.

• In case of an emergency, follow the instructions of the parish staff.

Use of Images

• During the event, photographs and videos may be taken for the purpose of publicizing the parish’s activities. If you have any concerns regarding the use of your image, please contact the organizing committee.

Weather and Logistics

• The event will take place even if there are slight changes in weather conditions. In the event of cancellation or significant changes, announcements will be made through the parish’s official channels.

Notice: The parking lot located next to the “People Choice” event is for private use only and is not part of our fair. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to use the authorized parking lots to avoid possible fines.
